Promotions are a huge driver of engagement in sports betting and as such the journeys need to be highly efficient. I designed and built journeys and UI working very closely with marketing teams to ensure that our messaging was clear and accessible able to be updated without my input. The requirements evolved over the years with our brand, digital capability and marketing ideas requiring our landing pages need to consistently improve and become more dynamic to suit ever increasing scrutiny from within the business and our customers. Our journeys span across affiliate banners, emails and landing pages, all designed by myself.
The most impactful and significant achievement was to create a mini CMS system which would make it easy for marketers to populate dynamic pages based on region, brand and preference. Using bespoke fields and page design, instead of creating 11+ content pages, marketers could simply create 1 which felt bespoke to all customers.
